Yep - its true - our social worker has approved us!
We're on to the next stage.....
... writing our "Dear Birthmother" letter....

UGH - this is a toughy!
I thought that the Self-Study was hard. I was wrong ... so wrong ...
How do you draft a letter to someone you know absolutely nothing about asking to parent their child?
(any suggestions would be appreciated!)

Ive purchased a bunch of books on the topic but its still so hard!
My DH has already finished one draft but its a bit too sterile for my liking. We're going to dive into it again today with the hopes of finishing it today (lofty goal).

I even went to Archivers to get some fun paper to scan in and crop for accents. I think designing the letter will be a blast!
